I’d like to congratulate Richard Blackwell for passing his orientation IV. I’m also looking for skippers willing to take out Sat./Sun. coop sails during the winter, from either Burrard or Reed Point. If you think you might be interested in teaching new coop members please contact me. Mike LeBlanc

Hey Mike I am available with some notice and don’t mind sailing in the winter out of burrard.
Anybody interested email me and we can set something up.
Doug
Way to go Richard!
Hi Doug, would love to take up on your offer. I only have orientation 3, and am looking forward to going out with Mike over the winter to complete orientation. I have Basic Cruising, VHF, and am in the middle of my Coastal Nav course so would be great to go out with a more senior skipper to practice as a crew member.

Thank-you, Stephen. I look forward to our Santa Christmas Club Cruise on Saturday!
Thanks for the great day sailing with you guys yesterday and CONGRATULATIONS on your orientation IV Richard!
Thank-you, Jose! It was a pleasure sailing with you and I hope that we can get together again on board!
Hi Mike, happy to sail during the winter weekends from Burrard or RP, other some specific dates when I have previous commitments.
I have also just completed my orientation 3 and are willing and able to take people out even if it is during the week as I am now retired. I have lots of experience on other boats, and would like to meet and help other sailors. R. P. is where I am most comfortable at but am willing to give Burrard a try too.
Well, suffice it to say that I’d be happy to do Sunday Sails out of Reed Point. I can’t approve orientations (yet!), but we can certainly enjoy a sail and practice skills.
Le nouveau skipper (or is that “Le skipper nouveau”? Gosh, I set such as bad example as a Canadian!),
Richard
